Deck Mount Kit Includes:

  • 1 × 4200mm Clear Anodised Aluminium Channel
  • 2 × 4450mm Full Covers (for deck mount installation)
  • 2 × 4450mm Top Covers (for concealed in-deck installation)
  • 2 × 4450mm Glazing Rubbers

Face Mount Kit Includes:

  • 1 × 4200mm Clear Anodised Aluminium Channel
  • 1 × 4450mm Full Cover 
  • 1 × 4450mm Top Cover 
  • 1 × 4450mm Bottom Cover 
  • 2 × 4450mm Glazing Rubbers 

Installation Options:

  • Face Mount Installation: (Order the Face Mount Kit)
  • Deck Mount Installation: (Order the Deck Mount Kit)
    Use the full covers along with the glazing rubbers for a raised surface-mount finish. This option is perfect for visible installations where you want the channel to be part of the overall design.
  • Concealed In-Deck Installation: (Order the Deck Mount Kit)
    Use the top covers with the glazing rubbers for a sleek, hidden-in-deck appearance. This option is ideal for projects where you want the glass panels to appear as if they are floating.

Important: Ensure adequate water drainage points during installation to prevent any potential water accumulation, which can cause damage to the system.

Ordering Notes:

You will need to order the following additional items when ordering the Channel Kits:

  • Pressure Plates (12mm or 15mm) - 4 Required per glass panel you are installing. Make sure you order the correct size for the glass you will be using.
  • Top Infill Rubber - Cut up and install in between the glass panels for a neater finish
  • 15mm Glazing Rubber - Kits are supplied standard with 12mm Rubber. you will need to discard this if using 15mm glass.
  • End Caps (Deck Mount or Face Mount)- Make sure you order the correct end plates for the kit.
  • Alignement Pins - Required if you are joining channel in a straight line.
