35x35mm Aluminium Glass Top Rail

• 35x35mm External Profile
• 5800mm long aluminium handrail
• Made from structural alloy 6061-T6
• Each length is supplied as a kit which INCLUDES 2 x end caps & 5800mm long glazing rubber to suit 15mm glass
• Railing suits 12, 15, 17.52 and 21.52mm thick glass – simply use correct glazing rubber
• Joiners fit into internal cavity at top of rail
• Rail can be easily cut to required length or angle with a Aluminium cutting blade on a drop saw.

• 35mm W x35mm H x 4mm T
• Flat End Cap with Tab that presses into the cavity of the rail
• Includes one pointed grub screw in the tab to help secure the cap onto the rail

• Flat Wall Plate
• Ideal when it is a tight gap between the glass and the wall and a standard wall bracket will not fit
• 105mm W x 35mm H x 5mm T
• 2 Pcs per pack (1 x left and 1 x right handed)
• Screws to the end of the rail via 2 x Countersunk Holes in the wall bracket.
• 1 x 6.5mm Counter Sunk Fixing Hole

• Use when 2 lengths of rail join in a straight line
• Made from structural alloy 6061-T6
• Fits into Internal Cavity of Rail
• 4 x Pointed Grub Screws pre-installed to aid in securing join of rails
• Fitting is not visible once installed so does not need to colour match to the rail

Note: For maximum strength the joiner must be installed over the centre of a glass panel.

90 Degree Joiner for 35x35mm Aluminium Glass Top Rail

• 35x35mm 90 Degree Joiner
• Use when 2 lengths of rail join at a 90 degree corner
• Made from structural alloy 6061-T6
• Fits into Internal Cavity of Rail
• 4 x Pointed Grub Screws pre-installed to aid in securing join of rails
• Fitting is not visible once installed so does not need to colour match to the rail

Note: Rail must be neatly cut on a 45 degree mitre. A aluminium cutting blade on a drop saw will give best results
