Versatilt – Aluminium Deck Mount / Concealed In-Deck Channel Kit

A versatile channel system designed for both deck mount and concealed in-deck installations. The Versatilt kit offers a sleek, durable, and flexible solution for frameless glass fencing or balustrade applications.

Kit Includes:

1 × 4200mm Clear Anodised Aluminium Channel
2 × 4450mm Satin Anodised Full Covers
2 × 4450mm Satin Anodised Top Covers
2 × 4450mm Glazing Rubbers

Installation Options:

Deck Mount Installation:
Use the full covers along with the glazing rubbers for a raised surface-mount finish.
Concealed In-Deck Installation:
Use the top covers with the glazing rubbers for a sleek, hidden-in-deck appearance.

Important: Ensure adequate water drainage points are provided during installation to prevent water build-up.

Ordering Notes:

You will need to order the following additional items when ordering the Channel Kits:

Pressure Plates (12mm or 15mm) - 4 Required per glass panel you are installing. Make sure you order the correct size for the glass you will be using.
Top Infill Rubber - Cut up and install in between the glass panels for a neater finish
15mm Glazing Rubber - Kits are supplied standard with 12mm Rubber. you will need to discard this if using 15mm glass.
End Caps (Deck Mount or Face Mount)- Make sure you order the correct end plates for the kit.
Alignement Pins - Required if you are joining channel in a straight line.
